This year’s workshop will be held June 22 – July 4, 2008. The postmark deadline for applications is April 14, 2008. Below is a link to the program application, which should be printed out and mailed back to Mosaic staff at the address below.

Please also include the following, along with your application:

• Letters of recommendation. Please submit two letters from a teacher, counselor, employer, or someone who has known you for a few years. Do not send letters from relatives.
• Copy of your latest grade transcripts and current grades.
• Samples of your writing or photographs (No originals, please).
• On a separate sheet of paper, please write an essay of 75-100 words on why you would like to participate in this program and tell us about your interest in journalism.
• Please give us two ideas for stories or photo essays. Who would you interview for the stories? Why are the topics important to you?
